Open Sew (Spring/Summer Session)
Open Sews provide quilters & sewing enthusiasts time to utilize our sewing space. You bring whatever project you desire to work on or if you need extra time to work on a project from a prior class. Think of it as a little Staycation where you get three hours of uninterrupted time to work on your creative projects in a clean, comfortable space with tools provided. Feel free to bring a project you are working on independently at home or a project from one of our sewing classes.
Please bring your own:
- Sewing machine.
- Sewing tools (rotary, scissors, pins, seam ripper, etc.)
- Project!
Minimum Class Size: We reserve the right to cancel class if there are less than two students signed up for the class. We will let you know 24 hours in advance if we do not have enough students and will give you an opportunity to sign up for an alternative class. This class is for intended for 18 years or older; please contact the shop if you'd like an exception.
You may cancel class up to 24 hrs in advance of your class start time; after which you will forfeit your class fee unless we can fill your spot from the waiting list, or you can send a friend. We appreciate your understanding on this - as a small business, we are fortunate enough to have only the best instructors and they need to be paid All cancellations must be received in writing, info@santacruzvacnsew.com. Sorry, no exceptions.

| Skill Details: | For intermediate and advanced sewists/quilters who should bring projects that are within their current skill level. Our staff is available to answer questions if you are "stuck", offer inspiration, or to provide trouble shooting, etc. However this will be provided on a best effort basis. |
