Beginning Quilting - Town Square Holiday Quilt

Learn the basics of quilting while constructing a block pieced quilt!  This class will involve both learning a technique and making a quilting project that is instructional yet easy to create!  You will learn the basics about cutting, piecing and quilting.  This class includes the Christmas Party Animal 3 1-yard bundle kit (with book that makes so many other great block quilts!).  Students can expect to finish the quilt top as part of this class.

This is a great first quilting class for beginner students who want to learn how to quilt!

Students must have completed Get to Know your Sewing Machine/New User Class or have a basic understanding/mastery of their machine to take this class.  

Please bring your own:

- Sewing Machine (or rent one for an additional $35).
- Basic sewing tools:  rotary, scissors, pins, seam ripper, good quality thread and 70/10 sewing machine needles etc.)
- Kit (fabric & 3 1-yard book) is included as part of class fee, unless you are signed up as one of your complimentary classes with sewing machine purchase. In this case, you will need to purchase the $50 kit.  

Additional kits and supplies can be purchased at a 15% discount.

Minimum Class Size:  We reserve the right to cancel class if there is less than two students signed up for the class.  We will let you know 24 hours in advance if we do not have enough students and will give you an opportunity to sign up for an alternative class.  

You may cancel class up to 24 hrs in advance of your class start time; after which you will forfeit your class fee unless we can fill your spot from the waiting list, or you can send a friend.  We appreciate your understanding on this - as a small business, we are fortunate enough to have only the best instructors and they need to be paid!
