Beginning Quilting - Deep Blue Whale Quilt

Are you a whale beach lover?  Do you whale watch along the coast?  You will LOVE this new quilt design, a fantastic exploration of panel and pieced squares for beginning quilters! 

Join Brandy & Virginia to build your quilting skills to make this fabulous creation!  In this class you will learn techniques to up level gorgeous panels, while learning the more refined techniques of points and corners. We were so inspired by the Northcott Deep Blue collection, the class fee includes Deep Blue Quilt kit with cuts from the entire collection!.  Kit included as part of class fee, unless this is a complimentary class with machine purchase. In this case, students must purchase our kit to participate in class.  

Please bring your own:
- Sewing machine & supplies to cut, piece & sew (rotary, pins, rulers), good quality thread and new 70/10 needles.

Please bring a machine to class that has been recently serviced or is in good working order.  Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to trouble-shoot or repair machines during class.  If we determine your machine is not working or cannot be used in class, we will either excuse you or offer you one of our machine rentals.  

Minimum Class Size:  There must be at least two students signed up for the class for it to proceed.  We will let you know 24 hours in advance if we do not have enough students and will give you an opportunity to sign up for an alternative class.  This class is for intended for 18 years or older; please contact the shop if you'd like an exception. 

You may cancel class up to 24 hrs in advance of your class start time; after which you will forfeit your class fee unless we can fill your spot from the waiting list, or you can send a friend.  We appreciate your understanding on this - as a small business, we are fortunate enough to have only the best instructors and they need to be paid  All cancellations must be received in writing, info@santacruzvacnsew.com.  Sorry, no exceptions.
