Beginning Quilting - Scaredy Cat Quilt

Everyone loves their cat.  You will LOVE this new quilt design, a fantastic exploration of Santa Cruz vac & Sew feline inspired quilts, including our hand procured feline prints and easy feline quilt block! In this class, you can expect to finish the quilt face of this stunning quilt.

Join Virginia to further your quilting skills and join in the fun to create together!  In this class you will learn techniques to do chain piecing, refine points and corners, assemble blocks.

Please bring your own:
- Sewing machine & supplies to cut, piece & sew (rotary, pins, rulers), new 70/10 needles and good quality thread

Please bring a machine to class that has been recently serviced or is in good working order.  Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to trouble-shoot or repair machines during class.  If we determine your machine is not working or cannot be used in class, we will either excuse you or offer you one of our machine rentals.  

Minimum Class Size:  There must be at least two students signed up for the class for it to proceed.  We will let you know 24 hours in advance if we do not have enough students and will give you an opportunity to sign up for an alternative class.  This class is for intended for 18 years or older; please contact the shop if you'd like an exception. 

You may cancel class up to 24 hrs in advance of your class start time; after which you will forfeit your class fee unless we can fill your spot from the waiting list, or you can send a friend.  We appreciate your understanding on this - as a small business, we are fortunate enough to have only the best instructors and they need to be paid  All cancellations must be received in writing, info@santacruzvacnsew.com.  Sorry, no exceptions.
