Beginning Quilting - Rising Sun Baby Quilt

It’s baby season and neutrals/safari is all the rage!  Make this adorable, whimsical baby quilt whole perfecting your 1/4" seams, and learning how to work with pre-cuts.  You will love this pattern so much you will want to make it in every size! You will make a crib sized quilt face in class. Take our Quilt Finishing Class to quilt or bind!

For class please bring your sewing machine, new 70/10 needles, rotary/scissors, pins/clips.  You will need to purchase the $49.99 kit.  We will show you recommended techniques for all your quilting tools, as well as optimal layer cake tile placemat using large & small scale prints & color variations.  

Minimum Class Size:  We reserve the right to cancel class if there are less than two people signed up for the class.  We will let you know 24 hours in advance if we do not have enough people and will give you an opportunity to sign up for an alternative class.  This class is for intended for 18 years or older; please contact the shop if you'd like an exception. 

You may cancel class up to 24 hrs in advance of your class start time; after which you will forfeit your class fee unless we can fill your spot from the waiting list, or you can send a friend.  We appreciate your understanding on this - as a small business, we are fortunate enough to have only the best instructors and they need to be paid  All cancellations must be received in writing, info@santacruzvacnsew.com.  Sorry, no exceptions.
