Beginning Crafting/Sewing - Sandy the Seagull

Sandy the Seagull has the cutest little face! She has flown into our shop and wants to come home with you!  Join us for this plushie class to make the seagull while learning crafting techniques like sewing with curves, stuffing and edge stitching for interesting stuffing effects.  With the help of the Funky Friends Factory pattern, she is simple to sew and makes a fun gift for your beach going friends!  She can be sewn from most fabrics and we have fun ocean inspired fabrics to o from.  



This is a confident beginner plushie craft projects and students can expect to finish the project in class and learn the foundations of making of plushies - sewing with curves & dimensionality, edge stitching and stuffing best practices.

Minimum Class Size:  We reserve the right to cancel class if there is less than two students signed up for the class.  We will let you know 24 hours in advance if we do not have enough students and will give you an opportunity to sign up for an alternative class.  This class is for intended for 18 years or older; please contact the shop if you'd like an exception. 

You may cancel class up to 24 hrs in advance of your class start time; after which you will forfeit your class fee unless we can fill your spot from the waiting list, or you can send a friend.  We appreciate your understanding on this - as a small business, we are fortunate enough to have only the best instructors and they need to be paid!
