Enigma Octopus Tote Panel Kit.  Make a gorgeous tote with a majestic octopus in shades of green, blue & turquoise - with a Santa Cruz Vac & Sew flair! The coordinated cotton belting and decorative rim make it super special.  Panel comes with instructions and we've provided extra to include the lining & top trim!  Each kit includes 24” by 44” panel, 1/2 yard Enigma Green, 1 1/2 yards of green webbing, 1 1/4 yards midweight fusible interfacing and 1/2 yard DecorBond.
