Conrad Jarvis Designer's Choice Flat Braid Elastic can be used for waistbands, sleeves, necklines and legbands. It's shrink resistant and the perfect elastic for wash and wear garments and swimwear. Often inserted in a casing, but can also be stitched directly to fabric. It is machine washable and dryable.
